Geek Style: le 6 app da amare e da scoprire

Sono sempre stata appassionata di tecnologia, sin da bambina e, crescendo, il mio lato geek ha continuato a svilupparsi, inesorabilmente.
E’ da un po’ che pensavo di iniziare a parlare anche di questo mio aspetto sul blog e spero che la cosa non vi dispiaccia ma che, anzi, la troviate interessante.

Ho deciso di partire con le mie sei immancabili app, tre che sicuramente conoscerete e altre che, magari, non amate ancora, ma lo farete presto.

Shazam: “Ah, oddio, adoro questa canzone, come si chiama?” mi sarà capitato un sacco di volte e, puntualmente, dovevo poi iniziare a googlare in un inglese inesistente pezzi di testo che pensavo di ricordare o pensavo di aver capito.
Shazam, per fortuna, evita questa problematica e, premendo un semplice tasto, riconosce la canzone e fornisce titolo e artista.

Twitter: da buona social media addicted ho sempre preferito Twitter a Facebook e una buona app su smartphone è ciò di cui necessito. Io mi sono sempre trovata benissimo con l’app già installata su Iphone che, insieme alle notifiche push e la grafica intuitiva, è tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno.

Instagram: Non credo di dover dire cos’è Instagram visto lo straordinario successo e i milioni di adepti da tutto il mondo. Insieme ai filtri, le condivisioni e i milioni di hashtag dedicati, quest’app è il mio punto di riferimento per la condivisione di foto, in qualsiasi momento.

Stylosophy: Che la moda sia una mia granda passione è ormai noto a tutti quindi è normale che, nel tempo libero, io cerchi d’informarmi visto ciò che faccio qui e vista la curiosità che caratterizza la mia persona. Stylosophy è l’app del magazine online omonimo che fornisce news di tuttii  campi fashion in modo giornaliero. La grafica è davvero intuitiva e chiara con una selezione di categorie “top” in alto che facilitano la navigazione.

Labelbox: sono una maniaca dell’ordine, solo per determinate cose. Un esempio? il mio armadio perfetto ma la mia camera dove appare appena esplosa una bomba. Ecco, le fotografie sono una di quelle cose che amo siano perfettamente in ordine. Labelbox non solo aiuta ad “etichettarle” in modo elegante e chic ma anche di applicare altri effetti davvero interessanti. E’ facilissima da usare e non potrete più farne a meno.

Forkly: io amo forkly. In tutti i modi. Certo, non è assolutamente da aprire nei periodi di dieta ma, a mio parere, è davvero fantastica. Ti permette di condividere le foto dei piatti che, in giro per la città, stai provando e sperimentando consigliandoli agli altri in base ai tuoi gusti e alle tue preferenze. Cliccando su Discover si possono vedere i piatti assaggiati nella vostra zona, scegliendo cosa è più appetitoso.

I’ve always liked technology since I was a little kid. And while growing up, my geek side kept getting bigger and bigger.

I wanted to talk to you about it on my blog, and I hope you find it interesting.

I decided to start off with my six favorite apps: I’m sure you know three of them, the other ones you’ll definitely fall in love with soon.

Shazam: “Omg, I love this song, how is it call again?”. This has happened to me at least a hundred times and every single time I had to google some pieces of lyrics I thought I remembered or understood.
Thankfully, Shazam saves me from doing all of this: by pushing just one button, it recognizes the song and gives you the name of the artist and the song itself.

Twitter: since I’m a great social media addicted, I’ve always liked Twitter more than Facebook, and a good app on my phone is exactly what I need. I’ve always enjoyed the app that’s already on my phone because, besides from the push notifies and the intuitive graphical, it has everything I need.

Instagram: I don’t think I need to explain to you what Instagram is since it’s so popular and has millions of users. Together with the filters, the sharings and the huge number of dedicated hashtags, this app is my go-to app for picture sharing.

Stylosophy: you all know I love fashion, so you’ll understand why I try to know as much as possible about it in my free time, both because of what I do here and because I’m really curious. Stylosophy is the app of the online magazine that has the same name, and gives out news on the fashion world every single day. The graphical is  so intuitive and simple, with some “top” categories that makes it even easier.

Labelbox: I’m a cleaning freak, but only for some things. For example? My closet is perfect, but my room looks like a bomb just exploded inside of it. Pictures are on of those things I like to keep under control. Labelbox, not only does it help you “labelling” in a classy and chic way, but it also uses interesting effects. It’s also super easy to use and you’ll become addicted to it for sure.

Forkly: I love Forkly. I love it to death. I know, you cannot open it if you are on a diet, but I think it’s great. It allows you to share pictures of food you happen to try all around the world, so that you can give your advice and opinions. Clicking on Discover, you can see the food people tried near you, choosing what is more tasty and appealing.
