Fashion: a/i il verde oliva passepartout per l’uomo

Sulle passerelle durante la fashion week abbiamo visto padroneggiare i toni neutri, ma il passepartout per questo a/i è il verde oliva.

Molti dei capi  di abbigliamento presenti nel guardaroba maschile come giacche, stivali, accessori e doppiopetto sono di ispirazione militare.

Questi , sono da sempre degli ever-green  trasformati e reinventati nel corso degli anni.

Il comandante di questa stagione è il verde oliva, un colore che è in realtà una sfumatura di giallo : nato dall’ esercito degli Stat Uniti durante la seconda guerra mondiale.

Un esempio è visibile è nella collezione di Kris Van Assche’s    “A soldier on my own” per Dior Homme, che mette l’uomo sugli attenti.

I capi sono in pieno militar-style dal modello al colore. Ci sono cappotti e trench dalle linee decise che rendono un look semplice e casual sofisticato ed elegante.

Molto interessanti sono anche i giubbotti da aviatore monocolore con cucitura trapuntata e colletto scamosciato perfetti da indossare con dei guanti a contrasto color mattone.

Insomma sono stati riportati in prima linea dei capi che ormai costituiscono la tradizione dell’ abbigliamento maschile, ma in chiave attuale per il colore dal gusto urbano e street.

During this year’s fashion week’s catwalks, we saw neutral tones everywhere, but the key item for this f/w season is olive green.

Many clothing pieces for men wardrobes – like jackets, boots, accessories and double-breasted jackets – take inspiration from the military world.

In fact, they have always been some key items that brands take and reinvent during years.

The commander for this season is olive green, a color that’s actually a yellow shade, born in the US army during the second World War.

We can find a clear example in the Kris Van Assche’s collection for Dior Homme called “A soldier on my own”, which brings men to the attention.

The clothes are full-on army-style, from the model to the color. There are coats and trenches that, with their sharp lines, are able to transform a simple and casual look into a sophisticated and elegant one.

Also, the one-color aviator jackets are really interesting: they have a quilted stiching and a suede collar that go great with some brick-colored gloves.

So, many items that come from the men clothing tradition are coming back. But they are now modern and with a urban and street taste.
