E’ appena iniziata la seconda stagione in America, mentre in Italia è già stata trasmessa la prima; che dire sul telefilm, mi ha incantata.
La bellissima Emily Irene VanCamp, interpreta Amanda Clarke, che arriva negli Hamptons in cerca di vendetta.
Quando Amanda era una bambina viveva negli Hamptons con suo padre David Clarke, un pezzo grosso della compagnia Grayson Global; l’uomo verrà accusato di terrorismo e, dopo un processo, verrà rinchiuso in carcere e Amanda in un riformatorio.
Quando, a 18 anni, la ragazza lascerà il riformatorio, troverà ad attenderla Nolan Ross, un amico di suo padre, che le consegnerà i diari da lui scritti durante la sua permanenza in prigione.
L’ultima pagina scritta risale al giorno prima della morte di David Clarke, deceduto durante una rissa nel cortile del penitenziario.
Tramite i diari Amanda scoprirà che il padre era innocente: era stato incastrato dai suoi amici, nonché colleghi, della Grayson Global.
Amanda Clarke desidera solo vendicarsi perciò, dopo uno scambio d’identità (il suo nome nome ora è Emily Thorne), andrà negli Hamptons e cercherà vendetta nei confronti dei Grayson.

The second season has just started in the US, while in Italy we have already seen the first one.
What can I say about the show? I was enchanted.
The beautiful Emily Irene VanCamp, who plays Amanda Clarke, arrives in the Hamptons seeking for revenge.
When Amanda was a child, she used to live in the Hamptons with his father, David Clarke, a big man of the Grayson Global Company; he was accused of terrorism and, after a trial, locked up in prison, while Amanda was sent in a reformatory.
Once she turned 18, she left the juvenile and found Nolan Ross, one of his father’s friends, waiting for her outside the prison. He was there to give her the diaries written by her father during his life in jail.
The last page was written the day before the death of David Clarke, who died during a fight in the prison yard.
Through the diaries, Amanda discovers that her father was innocent: he had been framed by his friends and colleagues of Grayson Global.
Amanda Clarke just wants revenge. So, after an exchange of identity (her name becomes Emily Thorne), she will return to the Hamptons and seek for revenge against Grayson.
