Basato principalmente sulla filosofia “Less is More”, riesce a coniugare insieme semplici trucchi che anche le nostre nonne ci avrebbero dato per mantenere lo stato dei nostri vestiti impeccabili, con arguti consigli su dove e, soprattutto, come fare shopping.
L’autrice s’impegna non solo a suggerire quali siano i grandi classici che proprio non possono mancare fra i vestiti che possediamo, ma anche a trovare nuovi modi per rivalutare i capi già presenti nel nostro armadio e renderli più cool ed adatti alla moda con piccoli e semplici accorgimenti. L’autrice propone anche suggerimenti su quali siano i prodotti di make up su cui investire e fornisce una lunghissima lista di luoghi dove recarsi per fare shopping e concedersi qualche lusso, sia che esso sia sostenibile, a budget ristretto, che si voglia essere super spendaccioni.
Il tutto è corredato da magnifiche illustrazioni a cura di Ruben Toledo, che rendono questo manuale un vero proprio capolavoro d’arte moderna, estremamente ricercato ed un vero piacere per gli occhi.
Ogni capitolo è aperto da argute e brillanti citazioni dei personaggi più amati del mondo glamour della moda e del cinema, ma si possono trovare le frasi più divertenti anche fra un consiglio e l‘altro.
Che dire, se non che questo libro, sia per i contenuti che per la glamour copertina dorata, è decisamente un Must Have per la libreria di ogni fashionista?

Mainly based on the “Less is More” philosophy, it is able to combine simple tips – that even our granmas would have given us to keep our clothes in perfect conditions – with smart pieces of advice on where and how to shop.
Not only does the author suggest the big staples everyone should have, but she also wants to find new ways to revalue those old pieces to make them cool and fashionable, with just a few simple steps. She also gives us some suggestions on which are the best make up products on the market: there is a very long list full of places to go shopping and indulge in some luxury items as well – if you are both on a budget or not!
Everything is equipped by gorgeous pics taken by Ruben Toledo, that make this handbook a true masterpiece of modern art, highly sought after and a pleasure for your eyes.
