L’effetto “dita-pucciate-nel-bianchetto”? No, grazie.

E invece dovrete ricredervi.

I’m sure some of you, when hearing about wearing a white nail polish, were like: “Wait, what?!?”. The “fingers-dipped-in-whiteout” effect? No, thank you.

But you will have to change your mind. Chalky-white polishes are one of the biggest trends right now, as we saw on the 2013 spring/summer catwalks: it’s actually amazing, and it gives your hands the right luminosity in just one swipe.

Of course, this color need a pretty neat manicure: so you will need to get rid of your cuticles, hydrate them well and file your nails to a precise and elegant shape.

White looks good on anyone, no matter if you have a fair skin tone or if you are already a bit tanned (in this case, white will make your tan pop!). There are so many finishes you can choose from: if you’re not 100% positive about it, start using the white polish you already use for your french manicure. And then get creative with pearly, glittery or matte polishes.
