NY Fashion Week has finally arrived, and it has brought some new ideas and trend as far as make-up goes with it.

Let’s find out more about three looks which are gorgeous and useful for different moments of our everyday life, so that we can always be trendy!

The first one I chose was the one seen on Diane von Furstenberg‘s catwalks: a glowy skintone, a bit of mascara and an amazing and bold matte hot pink lipstick. This look is perfect for work: it’s quick and easy to achieve in the morning, but it’s nice and unique thanks to the lipstick shade, which makes your lips pop (this way people won’t notice your tired eyes!). If you don’t like hot pink, you can choose a coral shade or a nice berry color – but make sure it’s matte.

The second makeup look I loved during this NY Fashion Week was the Marc Jacobs‘ one; it’s great for a drink out with your girls or even a romantic dinner.

A light shadow in the outer corner of the eye to make it pop, a nice coat of mascara, a matte base and a classic “lacqueredred lipstick. A timeless look inspired from the ’40s, refined and versatile: it can really turn you into a “femme fatale” if you pair it with teased hair like the one in the picture.

I think this last look is perfect for going out clubbing or grabbing some drinks in a nice bar.

Made for the Thakoon’s show, this makeup look features a dark blue eyeshadow all over the lid and nice golden glitters. What I like the most about it is the “cat eye” shape: it will really make your look more aggressive. Of course, your lips need to stay nude, to focus just one the eyes and not look too dramatic.
