Food: Il galateo? Scoprilo a piccoli passi

Devo ammetterlo: di buone maniere a tavola non so davvero niente.

Mi ha sempre incuriosito tantissimo poter conoscere l’utilizzo delle varie posate, come apparecchiare perfettamente la tavola ma anche, semplicemente, come creare degli inviti eleganti e raffinati.

Ora che sto per lasciare il mio nido e trasferirmi in una nuova città, mi sembra quasi doveroso dover imparare qualcosa per evitare figuracce ma, soprattutto, per placare la mia grande curiosità.

In giro per il web mi sono imbattuta in una guida che, devo ammetterlo, non avrei mai pensato di trovare su quel determinato sito internet.

Sto parlando di Pril.it che conoscerete sicuramente per i suoi prodotti per la lavastoviglie.

Nella sezione la “Cena Perfetta” viene affrontato qualsiasi argomento che riguarda una cena: l’organizzazione, il menù, la tavola, l’atmosfera…
Certo, sarei falsa a dire che tutto ciò che ho appreso verrà messo in pratica ma alcuni consigli sono stati davvero preziosi e altri, invece, mi rallegra semplicemente saperli.

Le mie preferite? Come personalizzare tovaglia e tovaglioli e la sezione degli ospiti inattesi o in ritardo.

I have to admit it: I know nothing about good manners when it comes to eating. 

I’ve always wanted to know how to use the right cutlery, how to perfectly set the table, and also how to create elegant and refined invitations. 

Now that I’m about to get out of my parents’ nest and move into another city, I think it’s the right time to learn something to avoid a poor figure and, above all, to calm down my great curiosity. 

While surfing the web I stumbled apon a great idea, that I never thought of finding on that specific website. 

I’m talking about Pril.it, which I’m sure you all know for their dishwasher’s products. 

In the area “Cena Perfetta” (“Perfect Dinner”) you’ll find find everything about dinner: the organization process, the menu, the table, the atmosphere, …
And yes, I would lie if I told you that I’ll put into practice everything that I learned. But while some tips just made me happier to know about them, some other ones were really helpful. 

My favorite ones? How to customize your tablecloth and napkins and the section about unexpected or late guests. 

Altre proposte interattive che mi hanno colpito e mi hanno fatto scoprire dei piccoli accorgimenti ed escamotage che non solo portano risparmio a livello di tempo ed economico ma che, spesso e volentieri, sono anche pro ambiente.

Sto parlando di alcuni video creati da Pril e, dopo averli visionati, quelli che più mi hanno convinto sono
“Come risparmiare acqua ed energia con la lavastoviglie?” e “E’ vero che posso risparmiare se apro subito la lavastoviglie appena finito il lavaggio?” ma tutti mi hanno lasciato qualcosa.

Sì perché fino a quando c’è stata la mamma non è mai stata di mia competenza ma ora che, invece, il problema è il mio, non posso far finta di niente.
Meglio essere informati.

There are also other interactive options that got my attention and made me discover little expedients and tricks that not only will they make you save some time and money, but they are also eco-friendly. 

I’m talking about some videos Pril created; and after watching them, the ones that got my attention are 
“How to save water and energy with the dishwasher ?” and “Is it true that I can save if I open the dishwasher as soon as it’s done?”. But I liked all of them. 

Yes, because when I lived with my parents, it was my mum who had to know all of this stuff; but since now I’m gonna be on my own, I cannot play dumb. 
It’s better to be well-informed.
