Settimana scorsa si è tenuta una delle premiazioni più attese dell’anno: i People’s Choice Awards, i premi consegnati ai migliori protagonisti della musica, della tv e del cinema, vorati direttamente dal pubblico.
Condotti quest’anno da Kaley Cuoco, lo show ha visto, tra i vincitori principali, Taylor Swift (per il Miglior Artista Country), i Maroon 5 (per Migliore Band), Katy Perry ( che ha portato a casa ben 4 premi!) e i popolarissimi One Direction (Migliore Canzone con “What makes you beautiful”).
Ma veniamo alla parte più interessante: gli outfit! Occasioni come queste sono davvero ghiotte per gli artisti, soprattutto le donne, che non vedono l’ora di sfoggiare i loro bellissimi abiti e i look più in voga del momento.

Last week, the People Choice Awards took place, and a lot of music, tv and movie stars got voted and awarded from the public.
Kaley Cuoco was this year’s host, and among the winners we can remember Taylor Swift (for Best Country Singer), Maroon 5 (for Best Band), Katy Perry ( who won 4 awards!) and the well-known and loved One Direction (Best Song with “What makes you beautiful”).
But let’s get into the interesting part: the outfits! Shows like this are great occasion for artists – especially women – to show off their amazing gowns and trendiest looks.

People Choice Awards: Outfits
Taylor Swift è decisamente cresciuta! Se ve la ricordate ancora con i boccoli biondi e gli stivali da cowgirl, beh, è tempo di rinfrescarvi la memoria! Taylor ha indossato un bellissimo abito bianco, lungo fino ai piedi, con una scollatura piuttosto profonda. Il colore bianco rende il tutto più elegante, così come i capelli raccolti e gli orecchini di turchese. Per il make up, niente labbra rosso fuoco – diventate suo segno distintivo – ma uno smokey eyes sul bronzo, accompagnato da labbra nude.
Taylor Swift has definitely grown up! If you still remember her with her blond curls and cowgirl boots, you better get an upgrade! Taylor wore an amazing, long gown, with a deep neck line. The white color makes everything more elegant, as well as the up-do and the turquoise earrings. For the make up, no red lipstick – which is her symbol now – but a bronze smokey eyes and nude lips.
Lea Michele, attrice del tv show Glee, era davvero adorabile. Il suo mini-abito color fucsia, abbellito con trasparenze e brillantini, si abbina benissimo con il castano scuro dei suoi capelli, acconciati in mille piccole trecce. I sandali erano abbinati all’abito, mentre il trucco era davvero perfetto: ciglia lunghissime e lipgloss rosa baby.
Lea Michele, the actress from Glee, was really adorable. Her fuchsia mini dress, embellished with lace and glitters, went so well with her dark hair, styled with tons of small braids. The sandals matched the dress, and the make up was flawless: long lashes and a baby pink lipgloss.
La bellissima tedesca Heidi Klum non delude mai. Il suo vestito era davvero particolare: nero, ma con tantissimi spacchi e dettagli metallici. Heidi ha saputo stupire ma rimanere classica allo stesso tempo, abbinando all’abito sandali ed orecchini neri, ed optando per una coda di cavallo ed un trucco naturale.
The gorgeous German Heidi Klum never disappoints us. Her dress was pretty unique: black, but with many slits and metallic details. Heidi amazed us but kept everything classic at the same time, pairing the dress with black sandals and earrings, and going for a sleek ponytail and a natural make up.
Kaley Cuoco, l’attrice che ha avuto l’onore di presentare l’edizione di quest’anno, sembrava quasi una bambolina. Capelli ricci biondi, eyeliner da gatta, rossetto rosa baby ed un vestito in tulle e raso, sempre rosa confetto. Davvero adorabile!

La giovanissima Emma Watson stupisce ancora una volta. Abbandonati i panni della studentessa modello Hermione Granger, l’attrice britannica ha optato per un mini-abito coloratissimo, da abbinare a ciglia da cerbiatta ed un rossetto rosso corallo.
