Lo scorso Dicembre siamo state tanto fortunate da incontrare Rita Ora a Londra ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica: parlare direttamente con lei ci ha dato la possibilità di capire a fondo come loro (lei e la Rimmel ovviamente) hanno scelto le nuance e cosa esattamente l’ha ispirata.
Rita ha sempre usato i prodotti Rimmel, anche quando era una teenagers, e li descrive come la scelta perfetta per 3 motivi: sono economici, la qualità è eccellente e… sono inglesi!

The last December we were lucky enough to meet Rita Ora in London and it was an amazing experience: speak directly with her gave us the chance to completely understand how they (she and Rimmel of course) choose shades and what exactly inspired her.
Rita has always used Rimmel products, even when she was a teenagers, and she describes them as perfect choice for 3 reasons: they are affordable, product quality it’s excellent and… they are British!

Per la prima collezione, ci ha rivelato, la parola chiave era sexy, ma questa volta… il focus è “essere felici!”; questo è il motivo per cui si è ispirata ai Festival.
Risulta chiaro quando si guarda al nome degli smalti: Glaston Berry, Peachella e Bestival Blu, per esempio!

For the first collection, she said, the keyword was sexy, but this time… the focus is “Be happy!”; that’s why she choose Festivals as inspiration.

Durante l’intervista abbiamo avuto la possibilità di chiacchierare con lei: lo ammetto… è favolosa.

Ci ha raccontato che quando era più giovane, un giorno, ha deciso che voleva cambiare il suo look, quindi ha comprato una tinta e si è fatta bionda (anche la sua passione per il rosso è risaputa ed è nata osservando Marylin Monroe).
Il risultato?
I suoi capelli erano arancioni e sua madre molto arrabbiata!
Oltre che il mio amore per Rita Ora mi sono innamorata degli smalti; Rain Rain go Away, Port a Loo Blue e Neon Fest sono assolutamente meravigliosi!

Really strong, passionate and funny!
She told us that when she was younger, one day, she simply decided that she had to change her look so she buy a dye to switch herself in blond (even her red passions is well known and that’s born watching Marylin Monroe).
Results?
Her hair was orange and her mother was really angry!
Other than my love for Rita Ora I fell for the nail polishes; Rain Rain go Away, Port a Loo Blue and Neon Fest are absolutely amazing!
