Si sa. In queste occasioni, le celebrities danno il meglio di sé per farsi apprezzare e, soprattutto, ammirare dai fan di tutto il mondo. Ma ai Grammy Awards 2013 sembra che le bellezze femminili abbiano sfruttato ogni mezzo per apparire ancora più magnifiche di quello che sono!
Sebbene i look siano stati molto diversi tra di loro – sia in fatto di make up che di stile –, sembra che le parole d’ordine siano state le stesse per tutte: pelle perfetta e di porcellana, labbra in primo piano e ciglia smisurate.
Oggi per voi ho scelto tre look che reputo tra i migliori, e che spero possano esservi d’aiuto in quanto sono molto versatili, e si adattano ad ogni carnagione o colore di occhi/capelli.
We all know that. During these occasions, celebrities do their best to be appreciated and, most of all, admired by their fans all over the world. But at the Grammy Awards 2013 it looks like the beauties used every means to look even more gorgeous than what they are!
Even if all the looks were really different from each other – both make up and fashion-wise –, the keywords were the same for everyone: flawless and porcelain looking skin, bold lips and super long lashes.
Today I’m gonna show you three looks I think were among the best ones, and I hope they can be helpful for you since they are all really versatile, and can suit all skintones and all hair/eye colors.
Taylor Swift, oltre che essersi portata a casa uno dei Grammy Awards per la canzone colonna sonora di The Hunger Games, trovo che sia stata anche una delle star più belle della serata. Lasciato da parte per una volta il rosso, utilizzato spessissimo ultimamente (sia nel make up che nell’abbigliamento), la cantante country si è presentata sul red carpet con le sembianze di una dea greca. Il vestito che ha scelto era lungo, bianco e con dettagli in argento, e l’acconciatura è, a mio parere, il pezzo forte. Due trecce laterali che si uniscono sulla nuca a formare un raccolto davvero elegante ed appropriato per l’occasione; il tutto accompagnato dalla sua solita frangetta! Per il make up, Taylor ha optato per un look piuttosto naturale. Pelle perfetta, una riga di eyeliner nero ed un rossetto sul pesca, leggermente satinato.
Taylor Swift, besides from winning one of the Grammy Awards for The Hunger Games soundtrack, I think she was one of the most beautiful women of the night. She left red aside (even if it’s one of the color she uses the most, both in make up and clothes), and went on the red carpet looking like a Greek goddess. The gown she chose was long, white and had silver details; her hair style was the best part, in my opinion. Two side braids that joined on the back of her head into a elegant updo, perfect for the occasion; and how can we forget about her cute bangs! As for make up, Taylor went for a pretty natural look. Flawless skin, some black eyeliner and a satiny, peachy lipstick.
Molto diverso e decisamente più audace il look di Jennifer Lopez, che ha puntato tutto sullo sguardo e sul contrasto nero/oro. Partiamo dall’abito: di seta nero, monospalla, e con uno spacco vertiginosissimo che ha lasciato scoperta la gamba destra della cantante, davvero tonica e snella. Il look total black è stato smorzato con accessori e sandali dorati, davvero appropriati. Per quanto riguarda il make up, il punto di forza sono stati gli occhi, contornati da un eyeliner nero sia sopra che sotto; ad accompagnarli, ciglia lunghissime ed un rossetto nude rosato.
Jennifer Lopez’s look was definitely different and much bolder. She focused the attention on her eyes and on a black/gold contrast. Let’s start from the dress: a silky, black, one-shoulder gown that showed her entire right leg – which looked toned and slim. Her total black look was dampened with golden accessories and sandals, that looked really good. As far as make up, the eyes were the center of the attention. They were rimmed with black eyeliner – both on the top and botton lash line –, and she paired them with super long lashes and a pink, nudy lipstick.
Ho lasciato per ultimo il mio look preferito: quello di Rihanna. Ragazze, siamo oneste: questa ragazza è davvero bellissima. Trovo che il look sfoggiato ai Grammy Awards 2013 sia uno dei migliori degli ultimi anni. L’abito in chiffon leggerissimo color rosso aranciato le stava benissimo, sia per la forma che per il colore – tra l’altro abbinato perfettamente con il rossetto. Il trucco degli occhi era semplice ma efficace, con un colore chiaro e satinato sulla palpebra e una riga spessa di eyeliner nero. Il pezzo forte? I capelli, di nuovo lunghi, con ciocche color caramello e con onde morbide a cadere sulle spalle. Meravigliosa!
I saved my favorite look for last: I’m talking about Rihanna’s. Girls, let’s be honest: this girl is really beautiful. I think the look she had at the Grammy Awards 2013 is one of the best of the last few years. The breezy, chiffon dress in a orangy red shade looked amazing on her, both for the shape and color – and it went so well with her lip color. The make up was simple but classy, with a light color on the lid and some thick eyeliner. The best part? Her hair, long again, with caramel streaks and loose waves on her shoulders. Gorgeous!
